Turkey Soup

Because I was too lazy to go looking for my very big pot that would enclose the entire turkey carcass with room to spare. 

I went straight to plan B:

          Medium pot

          Large tongs

          Flip at the halfway point

It worked.

Soup was delicious.

Had to mop the floor afterward.
