Creepy Fun in Cardiff

This stretch of Pacific Coast Highway is usually filled with surfers pulling off their wetsuits behind parked cars, parents pushing single and double baby strollers along a path shared by neon-clad runners and dogs of all sizes being walked by their owners.

There is the sound of relentless car traffic and trains whistling by. Lots of distraction.

But this decorated house.

Situated above the tracks.

Still caught my eye.
