There is an old television series with Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor and the theme song starts with:
Green Acres is the place to be
Farm livin' is the life for me
And that is the tune that goes through my head when I step from the parking lot in the middle of this industrial park in San Diego and head up the path to an organic vegetable garden and corporate eatery called Green Acre.
And if all of that is not enough to entice you, there are SWINGS, indoors…..right across from the elevators.
If I worked in one of these buildings I would probably swing every day before heading to my desk.
After ordering a bowl of oatmeal and cherries from the cafe!

ReplyDeleteIt is such a gem, found it through Mary. They just opened a new spot across from The Lodge in Torrey Pines that is supposed to be great for Happy Hour --- I think you (in your carrot dress) need to try it out, yes?
